As an organizational psychologist, Lynne has guided several hundred middle managers and executives in their
career transition over the years. She is known for her professionalism, listening skills, empathy, as well as for
her ability to engage, develop and recognized the strengths and achievements of each individual. In doing so,
she succeeds in motivating her clients in their career path.
Lynne has been a member of the team of André Filion & Associates since 2012. She is a passionate and
enthusiastic consultant who always endeavours to provide her clients with services of the highest quality.
Gerry is a consulting psychologist. He brings to André Filion & Associates a breadth and depth of experience in Human Resources consulting acquired over the last 17 years. Gerry has acquired an expertise in executive coaching, executive team development, high-stakes psychometric assessments, and organizational development across a broad spectrum of industries such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, telecommunications, and broad public sector. Gerry supports his customers, including large multinationals, which wish to clarify, communicate, and align their people strategies. He advises companies on issues and challenges across the employee life cycle ranging from talent acquisition to succession planning.
His expertise is often sought after by organizations undergoing significant organizational change who want the support of a trusted, pragmatic, and imaginative business partner. Over the last ten years, Gerry has mainly narrowed his focus on executive team development, executive coaching, high stakes assessments, and the design and delivery of countless leadership interventions at both the local and international levels. Gerry is fluently bilingual which has enabled him to work across cultures and develop an appreciation for multicultural issues. He has worked extensively at the international level including the United States, Europe and Asia for several global Fortune 500 organizations.
Before joining André Filion & Associates, Gerry was Director of Operations, Eastern Canada, for a large global HR consultancy group. Gerry is frequently consulted on human resources issues and trends and often solicited as keynote speaker on various HR topics.
Jean-François Denis wrote his doctoral thesis on finding meaning in work. He started his career by teaching and conducting research at HEC Montréal. He then acted as an internal consultant for police organizations where he was responsible for developing tools for selection and internal promotions on a national basis. He joined the André Filion & Associate team in 2010, where he conducts management skills assessment with mid-level and senior executives within service companies in the public
and private sectors. He also works extensively with leaders in in the health sector.
He has been a partner at the firm since 2011, where he has built a solid reputation as a highly respected leader and team player. He is effective and highly respected to the needs of people and organizations.
Ms. Jarvis is specialized in interventions in organizational environments, particularly when dealing with relational issues and harassment reports. She was Director of the Bureau d'intervention et de prévention en matière de harcèlement at UQAM, a position in which she has been involved in more than 600 complex and confidential cases.
In 2017, the Commission scolaire de Montréal mandated her to set up a conflict prevention program and to support 700 principals in improving their work environment. That same year, she was appointed by the Minister of Labour to sit as a harassment expert on the Labour Standards Advisory Committee.
Considering that teaching is part of her vocation, she is a trainer and speaker specializing in interpersonal communications, work climate, psychological harassment, collaborative teamwork and conflict management. Her expertise is sought after in Canada, Europe and Africa. She has been a graduate lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Education of the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as at the École Polytechnique.
She recently joined André Filion & Associates’ team as Senior Advisor, Organizational Development and Talent Development.
Ian Kaiser, M. Ps. Director - Coaching Practice, Partner
Ian is an executive coach with 15 years of consulting experience within diverse industries such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, apparel retail and banking. For the last 10 years, He has partnered with clients across Canada, the United States and China. He has built a reputation as a catalyst who assists leaders in achieving their full potential in line with the evolving needs of the business. Ian is fully bilingual.
He joined André Filion & Associates in 2012 as part of the coaching and talent development team and now serves as Director of the Coaching Practice. Ian has been frequently consulted and quoted on human capital management issues in Journal Les Affaires, Affaires Plus and The Gazette. He has served as guest lecturer at McGill University and UQAM, and has been a speaker at the annual conference of the ORHRI and at the Grandes Conférences les Affaires.

Caroline joined the ranks of André Filion & Associates in 2012, specializing in the assessment of potential while also occasionally working in the area of career management and transition. Her experience in managing individual and large-scale terminations, coupled with her experience in vocational advising, ensured she was well-prepared for her work in diverse sectors such as municipal, industrial, commercial, community, health and education.
Caroline is known for her deep understanding of each client’s reality, and for helping them understand their full potential. Through her multi-faceted skill set and her determined approach to servicing her clients’ needs, she is a trusted advisor to organizations – both employees and managers.
Nancy Martin, c.o. Director - East of Québec, Partner
With her experience as an entrepreneur and her extensive expertise in competency development, Nancy joined
the André Filion & Associates team in 2011. She is known for her listening, communication and innovation
skills; she adapts her approach, according to what is happening in each of the environments in which she is
asked to intervene.
With the help of psychometric evaluation tools and interventions that have been adapted to the organizational
realities of her clients, she plays an active role in human resource planning and development. In doing so, she
creates the essential conditions for developing the personal and professional competencies required for work
team effectiveness and organizational performance.
Her areas of expertise include assessing professional potential and developing competencies, designing
measuring tools and intervening in an organizational environment
She is always in tune with new trends and is regularly involved in developing innovative projects that meet
clients’ evolving needs.
Geneviève is an organizational development professional and an undisputed change agent. Recognized for her ability to transform an idea into reality, Geneviève draws on her multiple experiences in change to ensure the flawless management and implementation of transformation projects.Among her experiences in transformation, Geneviève has led important initiatives in the implementation of systems and technological tools as well as in the development, deployment and delivery of various HR programs and processes, including high-potential and training programs. She has also supported multiple management teams during team restructuring and mass layoffs. Passionate about the mobilization and performance of work teams, she has repeatedly played the role of commitment ambassador by conducting several team diagnostics, leading work group discussions and coaching managers and their teams in the development and implementation of solutions.
For over 20 years, Johanne has guided the leaders and teams of large and medium-size companies operating in the manufacturing, services, financing, healthcare and municipal sectors. In 2005, she became a partner in a consulting firm before joining the coaching team of a major firm. In 2012, she became a member of the coaching and talent development team of André Filion & Associates. She is involved in several leadership development programs, different types of diagnostics and major business transformation projects.
Fascinated by the continuous development of people and teams, she is known for her energy and openness, as well as for her ability to understand and quickly adapt to the human and business issues of her clients. She strongly believes in the power of collective leadership as an important tool to optimize human potential and transform organizations. She is a certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
